SATURDAY 16TH SEPT RESULTS
The First Team went through to the Second Round of the Berkshire Trophy Centre Senior Cup. Unfortunately not in the fashion anyone would have liked as we were awarded the win as Wargrave were unable to field a side. Elsewhere in the cup there were goals galore as AFC Winkfield, Burghfield and Maidenhead Town also progressed.
Back in the league, the top 3 continued their impressive starts with all of them picking up maximum points in the TVPL Premier Division.
In TVPL Division One, the Rapids suffered their first defeat of the season away at Newbury. Newbury open up a 3 point gap on the chasing pack and are the only side with a 100% record so early in this Division One campaign.
